Personalized Medicine
In Colombia, there is the PAI (Expanded Program on Immunization), a public health initiative aimed at preventing vaccine-preventable diseases among priority population groups, including infants, pregnant women and women of childbearing age, and older adults aged 60 and over.

Poblacion desantendida
This leaves the adult population between the ages of 18 and 59 unprotected. This group is fundamental to a community’s economic and health dynamics, as they:
They are the country's workforce.
They may be exposed to specific (preventable) infectious diseases due to economic activity.
They could be transmitters of infectious diseases to the family group, and to the community in general.
Personalized Prevention Programs
Recognizing the importance of implementing active vaccination strategies to protect individuals from various infectious diseases and prevent outbreaks within the adult population, VaxThera has developed "Personalized Prevention Programs" (PPP)—a tailored prevention model for adults that integrates technical, technological, and cultural elements. This innovative approach serves as a new way to promote adult vaccination in the country, thereby complementing the efforts of the Expanded Program on Immunization (PAI).
